Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Policy explains recurring subscriptions, trials, cancellations, plan changes, failed payments, and refund handling for paid business plans.
Effective: September 18, 2026
1. Recurring subscriptions
Paid business plans are recurring subscriptions. Unless canceled, Stripe may charge the payment method on file at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Your active plan controls the applicable Deal and Brag Offer limits and included features.
2. Trials and promotions
Eligible plans may include a free trial or promotional period. Trial length and eligibility are shown at signup or checkout and may vary for founding, promotional, or individually approved accounts. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to paid service at the price shown at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing-management tools or by contacting us for assistance. Unless otherwise stated at cancellation, access generally continues through the end of the already-paid or eligible trial period and then stops renewing.
4. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins except where required by law, where we expressly agree otherwise, or where a duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charge occurred. We may review unusual circumstances individually.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades or downgrades may change feature limits, active Deal capacity, Brag Offer capacity, and access to bundled services. The timing and amount of any prorated charge or credit is determined by the checkout or billing terms presented for that change.
6. What happens when access is reduced
If a plan is downgraded or canceled, content that exceeds the new plan's active limits may be paused, archived, or require you to choose which items remain active. We do not promise that every item will remain publicly visible after its entitlement ends.
7. Failed or unpaid charges
If a payment fails or a subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, incomplete, expired, or otherwise inactive, paid features may be paused or restricted. Restoring billing may restore access according to the active plan after Stripe reports the subscription as eligible again.
8. Bragger obligations survive cancellation
Canceling a business subscription does not erase valid obligations that arose before cancellation. A business remains responsible for honoring eligible customer commitments and paying Bragger rewards that were already earned or became payable under an active Brag Offer.
9. Changes to pricing or this Policy
We may change plan pricing, features, or this Policy prospectively. When required, we will provide notice before a pricing change applies to a renewal. Promotions may expire or be limited to eligible users.
10. Billing support
For billing questions, contact contact@bragabout.net. Please do not email full payment-card information.
