1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect account information; business profile and Offer information; referral and activity information such as Brag Codes, links, statuses, Deal views, saves, shares, and timestamps; information submitted in forms or support requests; and technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, logs, cookies, or similar technologies.

2. Shopper and referral information

If you submit information to claim, reserve, request, or follow up on a Deal or referral, we may share information necessary to fulfill that request with the participating business. When a referral is associated with a Bragger, limited status information may be visible to that Bragger so the referral and any resulting reward can be tracked.

We do not intend to expose private business-owner account information on public business profiles.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
• Create and display business profiles, Deals, Brag Offers, referral links, QR codes, and related marketplace content.
• Connect accounts and entitlements across SaleScroller and BragAbout when a Big Dealio subscription includes both services.
• Track referral and Deal activity, qualification states, reward obligations, and business analytics.
• Process account, billing, support, security, and service communications.
• Detect fraud, abuse, technical problems, and violations of our terms.

4. How we share information

We may share information with participating businesses when necessary to fulfill a shopper request or referral, with Braggers when necessary to administer referral status, and with service providers that help us operate hosting, email, analytics, security, customer support, and other infrastructure.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

5. Payments and Stripe

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. We may receive billing identifiers, subscription status, plan information, transaction status, and limited customer information needed to manage your subscription. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly in the SaleScroller or BragAbout application databases.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local browser storage, logs, and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, attribution, analytics, saved actions, and core site functionality. Third-party providers may set their own technologies when their services are used.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, maintain business and referral records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect against fraud. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update many account and business details through the Services. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights or exceptions.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. Business subscriptions and reward-earning participation are intended for people who are legally able to enter into the applicable agreements.

10. Changes and contact
